By accessing or using Frizzbee ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Frizzbee is operated by Bozatta LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("we," "us," "our").
Frizzbee is a personal finance management tool that helps users track and manage their Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) installment plans. The Service provides payment tracking, reminders, analytics, and related financial organization tools.
Frizzbee is not a financial advisor, lender, or payment processor. We do not make payments on your behalf, extend credit, make credit decisions, or provide financial, legal, or tax advice. All information, scores, and recommendations provided by the Service are for informational and educational purposes only.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Frizzbee offers both free and paid subscription tiers.
Free tier: Includes basic plan tracking, payment reminders, Health Score viewing, calendar, and manual plan entry.
Pro tier: Requires a paid subscription. Pro features include unlimited email scanning, AI assistant, household member tracking, spending analytics, payoff strategies, late fee tracker, PDF statements, Health Score sharing, and SMS text alerts.
Pricing: Subscriptions are available monthly ($3.99/month) or annually ($29.99/year). Prices may change with notice. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account Settings. Canceling stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
Refund policy: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions include a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase. To request a refund on an annual plan within this period, contact support@frizzbee.co. After 14 days, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued, including for partial billing periods.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
Frizzbee is available as a web application and as mobile applications for iOS and Android. When you purchase a Pro subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your subscription is also governed by the terms and conditions of the respective app store. Subscription management (cancellation, renewal) for mobile purchases is handled through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings, not through Frizzbee directly.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Frizzbee. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will not sell your personal financial data to third parties. You may export or delete your data at any time.
The Frizzbee Health Score is a proprietary educational tool created by Frizzbee to help you understand your BNPL usage patterns. It is not a credit score, credit rating, or assessment of your creditworthiness. The Health Score is not used by lenders, credit bureaus, or any third party to make credit, lending, or insurance decisions. It is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as financial advice.
Frizzbee Pro includes an AI-powered assistant and Scan Email feature. These features are powered by third-party AI technology (Anthropic) and are provided for informational purposes only.
The AI assistant provides general information about BNPL services, your plans, and payment management. It does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Frizzbee is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated responses. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for financial decisions.
The AI features are intended for personal BNPL management only. You agree not to use them for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
Frizzbee provides educational information about BNPL providers including late fee policies, payment terms, credit reporting practices, and other details. This information is researched and updated periodically but may not reflect the most current terms, fees, or policies of any BNPL provider. Providers frequently change their terms without notice. Always verify current terms directly with your BNPL provider before making financial decisions based on information found in Frizzbee.
The "In Your Corner" feature provides pre-written communication templates for late fee waivers, payment extensions, hardship requests, disputes, and complaints. These templates are provided as starting points only and do not constitute legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing and customizing any communication before sending it. Frizzbee is not responsible for the outcome of any communication you send using these templates.
Frizzbee relies on information you manually enter or provide through email scanning. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in payment amounts, due dates, or other data you provide. Payment reminders are provided as a convenience and should not be your sole method of tracking due dates. Always verify payment obligations directly with your BNPL provider.
All content, branding, code, design, text, graphics, logos, and the Health Score methodology are the exclusive property of Bozatta LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its content without our prior written consent. The Frizzbee name and logo are trademarks of Bozatta LLC.
You may not use the Service to violate any laws or regulations, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, use automated tools to scrape or extract data, impersonate another person or entity, use the Service for any fraudulent purpose, or reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
Frizzbee is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any missed payments, late fees, or financial losses resulting from use of or reliance on the Service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bozatta LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Fulton County, Georgia, or at another mutually agreed location.
Class action waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Opt-out: You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to legal@frizzbee.co within 30 days of creating your account. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
Small claims exception: Either party may bring claims in small claims court if the claim qualifies.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Danger Zone or by contacting support@frizzbee.co. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet or infrastructure failures, or third-party service outages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bozatta LLC regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or communications.
