On the Frizzbee website or in the app, tap Sign Up. You have three ways to create an account:

• Email and password — enter your name, email, and a password
• Continue with Google — uses your Google account (available on web only)
• Continue with Apple — uses your Apple ID (available on web and iOS)

After signing up, we'll ask you a few quick questions to personalize your dashboard.

The iOS and Android apps don't have a "Continue with Google" button due to technical limitations. Set a password to enable email login:

1. On the web, log into Frizzbee with Google
2. Go to Settings → Security
3. Set a password (8+ characters, upper, lower, number, special)
4. On iOS or Android, log in with your email and the password

You can still use Google on the web, and email/password on any platform. Both access the same account.

Apple Sign-In isn't supported on Android. To access your account on Android, set up a password:

1. On your iPhone or at frizzbee.co, go to Settings → Security
2. Set a password
3. On Android, log in with your email and password

Apple Sign-In continues to work on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and web.

Apple created a private relay email (like abc123@privaterelay.appleid.com) that forwards to your real inbox. Continue with Apple works on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and web with no extra steps. For Android or email login, you'll need the relay email.

Where to find your relay email:

• iPhone Settings → your name → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple → Frizzbee
• Or in the Frizzbee iOS app → Settings → Account → Email

Two options:

• Scan Email: Copy a confirmation email from your provider, tap + Scan Email on the dashboard, paste the text. Frizzbee's AI reads it and creates the plan automatically.
• Add Manually: Tap + Add Manually, enter merchant, total, installments, first payment date, and provider. Frizzbee calculates the schedule.

A few possible reasons:

• The original email may have been ambiguous. Tap the plan and tap Edit to correct it.
• If you scanned a partial email (e.g., a reminder without order details), the total may be estimated. Scan the original confirmation.
• Late fees or interest added by the provider may increase the next payment.

A 0-100 measure of how well you're managing your plans, based on three factors:

• On-Time Payment Rate (50%)
• Debt-to-Income Ratio (40%) — requires income in Settings
• Number of Active Plans (10%)

New accounts show "Provisional" until your first payment is recorded. Your score is private — never shared with credit bureaus or BNPL providers.

• Unlimited email scans
• Weekly Summary Email (upcoming payments, health score, trends)
• Household Members (add up to 3 family members)
• AI Assistant (personalized BNPL guidance)
• Full plan history and analytics

• Web or Android: Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Your Pro access continues until the end of your billing period.
• iOS: Open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Frizzbee → Cancel. Frizzbee can't cancel Apple-managed subscriptions directly.

• Annual (within 14 days): Email support@frizzbee.co. We'll issue a refund.
• Monthly: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
• Apple-managed subscriptions: Request via reportaproblem.apple.com.

• Account info: name, email, optional monthly income
• BNPL plan details: merchants, amounts, dates, providers, payment status
• Usage analytics via Google Analytics 4 (anonymized, used to improve the product)

1. In the mobile app (iOS or Android), go to Settings → Security
2. Tap "Enable Face ID / Touch ID" (iOS) or the equivalent toggle on Android
3. Authenticate

Biometric login is only available on the iOS and Android apps, not the web.
