Frizzbee doesn't lend money or issue cards. It tracks the Buy Now, Pay Later plans you already have with providers like Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm, and PayPal. You get one dashboard with every plan and a reminder before every payment — so you never pay a late fee again.
No. Frizzbee is not a lender and doesn’t issue cards, credit, or payment plans. When you buy something with Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm, PayPal, Zip, or Sezzle, the plan lives with that provider — Frizzbee is where you track all of those plans in one place, get reminders before every payment, and see what you owe in total. To borrow or get a card, you’d go to a provider. To never miss a payment on the plans you already have, you use Frizzbee.
I signed up with Google. How do I log in on iOS or Android?
The iOS and Android apps don’t have a "Continue with Google" button due to technical limitations. Set a password to enable email login: on the web, log into Frizzbee with Google, go to Settings → Security, set a password (8+ characters, upper, lower, number, special), then log in on iOS or Android with your email and that password. Both methods access the same account.
I signed up with Apple. Why can’t I log in on Android?
Apple Sign-In isn’t supported on Android. On your iPhone or at frizzbee.co, go to Settings → Security and set a password, then log in on Android with your email and password. Apple Sign-In continues to work on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and web.
I used "Hide My Email" with Apple Sign-In. How do I log in on other platforms?
Apple created a private relay email (like abc123@privaterelay.appleid.com) that forwards to your real inbox. Continue with Apple works on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and web with no extra steps. For Android or email login you’ll need the relay email — find it in iPhone Settings → your name → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple → Frizzbee, or in the Frizzbee iOS app under Settings → Account → Email.
I forgot my password.
On the login screen, enter your email and tap Forgot Password. Check your inbox for a password reset email (it may take a moment if you used Hide My Email, since Apple’s relay forwards it to your real inbox).
What BNPL providers does Frizzbee support?
Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm, PayPal Pay in 4, Zip, and Sezzle. For any other provider, select "Other" during setup and enter the plan manually.
Why is my plan showing the wrong amount?
A few possible reasons: the original email may have been ambiguous — tap the plan and tap Edit to correct it. If you scanned a partial email (like a reminder without order details), the total may be estimated — scan the original confirmation. Late fees or interest added by the provider can also increase the next payment.
What’s included with Frizzbee Pro?
The AI Assistant (15 messages a day, and it knows your plans), SMS payment reminders, Household Members (add up to 3 family members), deep analytics (Spending Analytics, the BNPL Credit Report, the Payoff planner, and calendar comparisons), monthly and annual PDF statements, and priority support. Email scanning, auto-import, the weekly digest, and all In Your Corner templates are free for everyone.
How much does Pro cost?
$3.99/month or $29.99/year (save 37%).
Is there a free trial?
No free trial. Annual Pro includes a 14-day money-back guarantee — if you’re not happy within 14 days of purchase, contact support@frizzbee.co for a full refund.
How do I get a refund?
Annual (within 14 days): email support@frizzbee.co and we’ll issue a refund. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable — you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges. Apple-managed subscriptions: request via reportaproblem.apple.com.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Payment processing is handled by Stripe (web) and Apple (iOS) — both PCI-compliant. We never store your credit card or banking credentials.
Does Frizzbee share my financial information?
No. Your plan data, payment history, income, and health score stay private to you. We don’t share with advertisers, credit bureaus, or your BNPL providers.
How do I enable biometric login on my phone?
In the mobile app (iOS or Android), go to Settings → Security, tap "Enable Face ID / Touch ID" (iOS) or the equivalent toggle on Android, and authenticate. Biometric login is only available in the mobile apps, not on the web.
