Auto-import plans by forwarding your BNPL emails

Auto-import gives you a private Frizzbee email address. Forward any BNPL email to it and Frizzbee handles the rest — no copying, no pasting. Auto-import is a Pro feature.

Set it up

  • Go to Settings → Auto-Import Plans.
  • Tap Set up auto-import. Frizzbee generates your unique address — it looks like a random code ending in @scan.frizzbee.co.
  • Copy the address. It's yours alone; only emails sent to it reach your account.

For hands-free importing, add a forwarding rule in Gmail, Outlook, or iCloud that automatically forwards emails from your BNPL providers to your Frizzbee address. The Settings page walks you through it.

What to forward

Any email from your provider works:

  • Order confirmations — create a new plan
  • Payment receipts — mark the matching payment as paid
  • Late fee notices — log the fee on the right plan
  • Payment reminders and statements — keep your balances in sync

Providers covered: Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm, PayPal, Zip, and Sezzle.

What happens next

Forwarded emails land in your Scan Queue (open the More menu and tap Queue). Nothing changes in your account until you review it:

  • Frizzbee shows what it found — merchant, amounts, dates.
  • Tap Approve to apply it: a new plan is created, or a payment or fee is recorded on the matching plan.
  • Tap Reject to discard it.

If a payment email arrives for a plan you haven't added yet, add the plan first, then approve the email.

Privacy note

Forwarded emails are used only to extract your plan details. Your address can be regenerated any time from the same Settings section if you ever want to invalidate the old one.
