Mark payments paid — and what "completed" means

Frizzbee doesn't move money. When you pay your provider like normal, tell Frizzbee about it — that keeps your balances, reminders, and Health Score accurate.

Three ways to mark a payment paid

  • On the plan page: open the plan and tap ✅ I Paid This next to the payment. Tap Undo if you make a mistake.
  • On the calendar: open Calendar, pick the day, and tap Mark Paid on the payment.
  • By email: paste a payment confirmation into Scan Email (or forward it, if you have auto-import). Frizzbee finds the matching plan and records the payment for you.

If you enabled push notifications, some payment reminders let you mark the payment paid right from the notification.

What "completed" means

A plan is active while it still has unpaid payments. The moment the last payment is marked paid, the plan automatically flips to completed — you'll see it move out of your active list. Completed plans aren't deleted: they stay in your history, statements, and reports, and they count toward your on-time record.

Paid the plan off early?

If you paid your provider ahead of schedule, either:

  • mark the remaining payments paid one by one, or
  • scan the "plan paid off" email from your provider — Frizzbee marks everything paid and completes the plan in one step.

If something looks wrong

Marked the wrong payment? Tap Undo on it — the plan's balance and status recalculate automatically. If a plan shows the wrong amounts entirely, open it and tap Edit to fix the details.
