Your BNPL Health Score, explained
Your Health Score is a 0-100 number that shows how manageable your BNPL situation is right now. It's Frizzbee's own measure — it is not a credit score, and it's never shared with credit bureaus, BNPL providers, or anyone else. Only you can see it.
The three factors
- On-time payments (up to 50 points). The biggest factor. Payments marked paid on or before their due date help; late or overdue payments hurt.
- Debt-to-income ratio (up to 40 points). How your remaining BNPL balance compares to your monthly income. This factor only applies if you've entered your income in Settings — if you haven't, your score is calculated from the other two factors and scaled to 100, so you're not penalized.
- Active plan count (up to 10 points). Fewer simultaneous plans is healthier. Each active plan is another due date to juggle.
Provisional scores
New accounts show a Provisional score until your first payment is recorded. Frizzbee needs at least one real payment to say anything meaningful about your habits — before that, the score is just a starting point.
How to improve it
- Mark payments paid on time (or let scanned receipts do it automatically) — this is half your score.
- Let plans finish before adding new ones.
- Add your income in Settings so the debt-to-income factor can work for you. A typical month is fine if your income varies.
Where to find it
Your score is on the dashboard, with a full breakdown on the Health Score page — each factor, what it's contributing, and what would move it. The score updates as your plans and payments change.
