Late fees — how Frizzbee helps you avoid and fight them

Frizzbee can't pay your BNPL bills — but it can make sure you never forget one, and help you push back when a fee does land.

Avoiding fees: reminders

Frizzbee reminds you before every payment is due — by default 3 days and 1 day ahead, by email and push notification. You can change the timing and channels in Settings → Notifications. Overdue payments are flagged on your dashboard and calendar so nothing slips quietly.

Tracking fees you've been charged

The Late Fee Tracker (More menu → Late Fees) keeps a record of every fee, by provider and plan. Fees get in there two ways:

  • Scan or forward the late fee notice email — Frizzbee logs it on the right plan.
  • Add it manually on the tracker page.

Seeing fees in one place makes patterns obvious — which provider, which plan, how much it's actually costing you.

Fighting fees: In Your Corner

Many providers will waive a fee if you ask, especially a first one. In Your Corner (More menu → Corner) gives you ready-to-send templates:

  • Request a late fee waiver
  • Ask for a payment extension before you miss a date
  • Other letters for common disputes

Pick the template, and Frizzbee fills in your plan details. Each template comes with the provider's contact email or phone so you can send it right away. Templates are a Pro feature.

One honest tip

The extension template is the cheapest fee you'll never pay: if you can see a payment coming that you can't cover, asking your provider for a few extra days before the due date works far more often than disputing a fee after.
